Great staff. Highly recommend booking your visit in advance. They go over all the health and safety info, aftercare, and any questions you might have. I came for a piercing with Shirley and was extremely happy with the result.

Never got serviced. When I walked in, no one was in sight so I yelled out hello. No answer, so I said it again as I started walking towards the back. A women stuck her head out a door and said they'll be with me shortly. I heard a few people talking in the back but in the 10 minutes I waited, no one ever came out to see what I needed. All I wanted was a nose piercing and if I had to come back later, they should have at least said that.
