SICK SIDE IS AWESOME! Jaxx was awesome and did so amazing on my tattoo! All the staff made the environment feel so comfortable and safe. It was just like a family. I highly recommend Sick side for all your tattoos and piercings!

Set up an appointment for a Wednesday for 1pm, got canceled due to weather. That's fine. Got it rescheduled for the next Wednesday, assuming near the same time since I wasn't given a time for the rescheduled appointment. Appointment day comes and I call to confirm the appointment and they tell me "oh come in around 7pm". Uhm okay nowhere near the time I asked for originally but it's cool. They call me back to ask if I would like to reschedule for the next day, I tell them no, Wednesday is my only day off. Dude proceeds to list every other day of the week asking if i can come in. 🙄 No.Then he asks if I would be willing to have my tattoo worked on at 7pm then come in the next day(Thursday) to finish it up. Excuse me but you AS A TATTOO ARTIST SHOULD BE VERY WELL AWARE YOU CANNOT CONTINUE WORK ON A TATTOO THE VERY NEXT DAY. IT IS AN OPEN WOUND. 3 WEEKS MINIMUM BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE SHOULD BE TOUCHED ON THAT WORK. Waste of time. Artwork seems nice in some of their work I'll give them that, but organization, price, and customer service could be hella worked on.

Got a tattoo done here. They did not disappoint! I now have a piece that I am proud to carry with me forever. I highly recommend Christian, but all of the staff is friendly and skilled. I can't wait to go back for my next one!

Sick side is the only shop I will be going to for the rest of my days! These people are family and even though a tattoo may hurt for some they are goofy and caring people. Go check them out!

I got piercings here and followed the care sheet that they gave me directly. well ended up having to go back to the place to ask the guy who pierced me why the piercings weren't healing right. He asked me how I clean them and I told him what I did. Salt water soak and gauze pad. Then I would make sure to rinse off the salt water and dry with a gauze pad. He then began to tell me I was wrong and it wasn't what the care sheet told me to do. The guy was extremely rude with me and said it was my fault for the reason it wasn't healing right. But I have proof that the care sheet did say to clean it with a gauze pad etc. Which he told me was wrong. So I wouldn't recommend this place. It was my first piercing and I will not do it again here.

I've gotten multiple tattoos from this establishment from two different artists and have been pleased with all of them! I definitely recommend all of the artists here, and the customer service is always amazing with a smile.

Went here with my girlfriend after impulsively wanting tattoos. As soon as we walked in Colby was already trying to help bring our tattoo ideas to life, he did an AMAZING job and his artwork is awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely be back every time i need a new tattoo!!
