I texted the owner about getting a piercing in the evening and he said that I could come anytime. I preceded to come in the next day and he was nowhere to be found. None of the other staff performed piercings and they dismissed me. Maybe just communicate better. They didn't ask for a deposit or if I wanted to make an appointment when I asked if they had any times available. I don't know you're policies so just inform when you answer. I was prepared to just show up with $50 because I was not informed that appts were needed or deposits were necissary.
