I feel like I was scammed out of $100 deposit. They take the deposit to ensure the customer keeps their commitment, but they treat the customer after that with a complete lack of respect for the customer's time and effort. Keeping someone waiting 40 minutes while the artist does something he should have done well before the appointment. No explanation that it would be 40 minutes and no apology for being so inept. I'll spend my money elsewhere

Tried to use this business but apparently my money wasn't green enough. I basically had to pry out of her any idea of any anything I wanted done and then I was told to " Go home and Google it." It's my birthday and I wanted a tattoo for my birthday. Oh well v

Most beautiful tattoos Ive ever seen. You know you have something special when you can identify a Twisted Anchor tat just by the unique techniques of their artist. And I do mean artists in the truest sense. Their work truly stands out above the rest. Clean, professional environment w/ an art gallery feel and awesome merch on site. 👍👍👍

They were awesome!! Came as walk-ins got right in and got work done. Funny thing: dude doing the work had evacuated Florida for the same hurricane I had. Everyone in there was getting awesome stuff done. If you need ink in this town you get it done here.

This place is the truth. I've had one piece done there by Ben, and have taken two other people there to get work done by Ben and Josh. All their artists are top shelf. Very clean shop too. Plus, they have a black toilet. You might think that's trivial until you see it.

This shop is always so clean and professional! I just got my nose and ears pierced by Bri and have two tattoos done by Ben and I couldn’t be happier with them. Great artists and a great environment!

Great staff, clean and roomy! Had an existing tattoo "enhanced" more to my original expectations (done elsewhere)...should have just done it here to start with! Excellent prices also!

when I'm spending that much money on something that is going to be on my body for the rest of my life I would at least like to be treated with kindness and respect. I did not feel that was delivered by one of the female artist at the shop. she seemed annoyed when I wanted to change the placement. Had an extremely heavy hand and some of the water coloring now looks like garbage. I would do a little better research. I would wait the extra time for Matt or Dylan. That is where I made my mistake.

good work by wonderful artists! it is hard to get an appointment with the shop owner but they did a wonderful job of squeezing me in last minute and i think their guest artist did an awesome job.
