Wanted to get a quick tattoo done, called up there and they said they were allowing walk-ins. Walked in and filled out paperwork and got tatted in no time. Friendly people and cool shop. Definitely worth going to if you’re wanting to get a tattoo while in Branson.

I got a belly piercing here I’d post a video but it was infected within the first day after I cleaned it really good for about a week it got so infected I had to take it out. Had to re-pierce it myself and actually I did a better job it was actually straight and no infections and it’s been a month. So so far I was not impressed with them it was some new guy or something just not impressed. Never going back...:(

I got a tattoo as a memorial for my grandmother last year. A pair of angel wings and it literally looks like a 4 year old scribbled on my arm, it was supposed to be a meaningful tattoo but instead I'm too embarrassed for anyone to see it. Do not recommend this place!!

I did a walk in on a saturrday afternoon, Dillon the owner, worked very quick, but finished the tattoo and it looks great! it was a very friendly environment, and a pretty inexpensive tat. He did it in like an hour in a half, but i was quoted 4-500 at a few places in STL, and Dillon only charged me 3.

After having a horrible experience at another tattoo shop in town we decided to go to house of ink! They were super helpful and kind. They gave us exactly what we wanted and we really loved the atmosphere!!! If you’re going to get a tattoo in Branson definitely go to this place!!!

I called and FB messaged about piercings. Was told an appointment wasn’t needed for a Saturday night. I showed up at 9PM (their hours are till 11PM and their door states “?”) with no one in the parking lot. They told me they couldn’t get me in. Where was everyone that was supposedly waiting? I’ll take my business elsewhere. ✌🏼

Took my daughter here to get her first tattoo. I also had my fourth tattoo done as well. Can't say enough about how patient and helpful Nathan was while we made final decisions on what my daughter wanted. His work is AMAZING and would recommend anyone that wants a beautiful, meaningful, piece of art, to go and see Nathan. He took his time and worked on making sure it was exactly what we wanted and hoped for.

I came in to get my septum pierced and the person who initially helped me (it was a walk-in) was very friendly, but unfortunately I didn't get his name. He told me the piercer was doing a tattoo and it might be about an hour before he's free but gave me a card and told me to call in 30-45 minutes. I came back about 40 minutes later and told the initial worker I was back, he said the piercer was ready and just had to get everything set up, took my ID/info and said he'd be out in a minute. I didn't have to wait long. Once I was back there, the piercer Marcus Murphy had a bit of an attitude from the get-go, probably because I had never been pierced before (except ears) and I guess that makes me subordinate somehow. He was very careful with cleaning so I thought he'd do a good job, he was wearing gloves but in retrospect it irks me that the tools were not cleaned in front of me. So he feels around in my nose and puts the clamp on and I guess I winced because he said "Don't worry, this is the most painful part" uhmmmm no sweetie, it wasn't. It didn't feel right to me, but like I said I've never had my nose pierced so I didn't know and wasn't going to tell him how to do his job. Obviously I've felt around in my own nose before in preparation for this piercing and I know there's enough space for a clamp to be put up there without hitting cartilage, but I digress. He proceeded to put the needle in and seemed to be struggling, then tried to put the jewelry through and stopped halfway through and kind of just looked around the room so I said "is there a problem?" And he said "yeah I lost contact with the needle when I was trying to put the ring in" ....what? So he gave me the option of either being refunded in full for the $50 plus tip I had already paid or trying again. I was already there, already in pain and bloodied up so I decided to just try again. Same thing, except he told me to lay down this time: puts clamp on, shoves needle through (quite meatily this time), tries to put jewelry in, stops. I ask what's going on, he said something like "it isn't working" or whatever. Cleans out my nose with alcohol, hands me a paper towel and says "there's a mirror over there if you want to clean yourself up" like a bad one-night stand lmao. Anyway, he refunds my money and kind of brushes me off after this point, I don't think I heard an apology bc I'm pretty sure I would remember that, would have been nice. He didn't tell me anything about how to clean the holes to prevent infection or how long to wait for the holes to heal before trying again. I had to ask what happened because I want to get this piercing and I need to know what went wrong so I can tell the next piercer, initially he said I'd have to ask for a "14" because the one he tried to use was too small, then I asked while being refunded to confirm and he said "no I used a 14, you'll have to go a size up because you have a lot of cartilage in your septum." None of this makes any sense to me, if I had too much cartilage, wouldn't I need a size smaller? His story changed and I think that's because he messed up and needed to make up an excuse that took the blame off of him. Anyway, it's been a few days and it was tender for a while but I've been cleaning it with saline and it seems to be healing fine and is less painful every day, hardly noticeable now. I will never ever come back here, the only way I'd let a friend come here is if they knew their piercer/artist personally and trusted them and/or had used them before.
TL;DR: came in for a septum piercing, got nasally violated, left in a confused haze of shame and disappointment
