i don’t usually like making bad reviews, but i tried giving this place another chance. they’ve pierced two of my piercings incorrectly. which the piercings later on have to get removed because of how badly they did it. super nice people, but they need to be trained right or something needs to change :/

I had a great experience! I have gotten my septum pierced and left nostril pierced both by Jt. It was clean, sterile, and a lot of fun. The customer service is always amazing and I enjoy meeting everyone who works there. I plan on coming back for future piercings and tattoos, time and time again.

JT did my industrial and my daughter's second lobe piercing. Everyone was very nice and the prices are good - I'm definitely interested in returning

Got my ears and nose pierced here. Plan on going for tattoos in the future as well. The entire crew was extremely friendly and made the experience feel as if you were part of the friend group! Would absolutely recommend.

This is the second time my piercing has gotten so swollen, a doctor has recommended to take it out! My lip piercing was not only crooked, but it I got it done last Tuesday and the swelling still hasn't went down! I am tired of paying money only have to take my piercings put because they aren't done right! my lip is twice it's size!!! I now have a huge knot in my lip which is still swollen! I posted on their Facebook page and it was taken down and I couldn't repost it..

I got a tattoo on a whim and my artist, Johnny, helped me pick out a design I liked much more than the original one I had pick. Like I said it was on whim and I didn't really take time to make a good decision and he steered me in the right direction. I really enjoyed my experience and am ridiculously happy with the result. I'll definitely be returning.
