We were inquiring about walk in availability. She asked us to come by see if she had time to help. She didn't that day but we got scheduled. She was very professional, clean shop. Will update after my appt. So far I give 5 stars! ***** The 5 stars stay. I have bad anxiety but she made me feel at ease. She did a wonderful job on the memorial tattoo for my dad. Will be back for more!!

I put a deposit down for over 2 months ahead of the date for a session. A situation came up and had to cancel. I notified Lisa 60 full days in advance of my intent to cancel. She refused to refund my deposit and wants to keep my $60 for the 2 minutes it took her to run my card for the deposit. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. Unreasonable and unprofessional.

Lisa was fantastic! I enjoy the atmosphere of,not only her parlor, but also her! She made me feel completely at ease even though I get major anxiety before receiving tattoos. She did a wonderful job of capturing Athena in stone and I will be returning asap!
