Super friendly family owned business. Literally took 2 seconds to do my belly button. I previously went to zen to have my belly pierced, got it redone here and Outwest definitely did a much better job. She explained to me what Zen did wrong, I definitely recommend here. Going here from now on!

I went in to the shop today to start gauging my ears. I was promptly helped and shown around the jewelry at my appt time . The lady was outgoing and knowledgeable, also very much safety oriented. Went from 22 gauge studs to 10 gauge with no trouble we stopped there because she said it was more than enough even though it stretched easily. Spent 30 minutes tops all of which was very comfortable price was great. 20 minutes stretching a nice set of jewelry and a new septum ring and was out the door for 60 bucks plus tip because they were wonderful
Plan on going back soon for some tattoo work
Would recommend 100 percent to everyone quality work clean shop awesome employees

By far the best place to get piercings! I’ve gotten a couple done from here and they are always professional and extremely clean! I recently had my Septum pierced and it fell out in my sleep and they got me in as soon as I could make it and replaced it! They are really friendly and I highly recommend them.

I love this place so much. I didn’t know anything about it until one of my friends told me about it. She went there to get her tongue pierced long before I did and she said that they are really good at what they do and you can always rely on them. Which is true once I went there to get the same piercing. I had it done he first time but had a problem with it and had to take it out and let it heal. I miss that piercing so much, I ended up going back there again to get it re-done. Both times were amazing and they make you feel calm and they are super chill and really nice. If you have any questions about anything they will gladly give you the answer. They most definitely make you feel really welcome which I think personally is awesome. Now my tongue has healed and I haven’t had any problem with it at all! Thank you guys so much!
