Josh is absolutely beyond amazing!! His work is by far the best I have seen in Springfield. He is so nice and actually cares about each client. You can tell he is doing this out of passion not just money like most tattoo artists. I can’t say enough things, he is the BEST!! And his shop manager Katie is so sweet and helpful!! I've been going to Josh for almost ten years now. He absolutely is the best there is, hands down. Tats are an entire experience. You need someone with the lifetime of experience who knows all the ins and outs of the culture and Josh excels at this. Anyone going into his shop will not leave dissatisfied. Tyler is rock solid, and putting out some of the craziest anime tats out there right now. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Was tattooed by Josh back in 2018. He was recommended by a friend. I booked the appointment weeks in advance. Josh finished only after an hour saying he had somewhere to be. Rushed the appointment and did an awful job. Finally got around to having someone fix his work. Comparing the new to the old is like night and day. Would not recommend.

Ever since my first piece from Tyler I can't stop going back, even with a 6 hour round trip ahead of me, I've given him my entire left leg to work on and it just keeps getting better and better. All I can say is, let your artists do some of their original work sometimes, you can definitely see the love and pride shine in them, every piece I've gotten has been his work and I couldn't love them more! Let them make it there's, even with saying something as simple as "I want a coffee tattoo"! There is nothing better then being confident in your artists work!

I went here exactly 5 years ago today for the NAMI charity semicolon event, and I will never be going back, nor do I recommend them, because they altered the artwork I spent a week perfecting, didn't let me see the final design (or if they did, it wasn't how the tattoo came out) or the finished piece before bandaging it, pressed so hard it scarred, and didn't let me take a break when I needed it. I don't remember my artist's name, but it was a male artist.

I have used this place in the past and they where absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, they are no longer that way. They won't let you see your tattoo before you book an appointment, then you book an appointment they set it for the wrong day. You try to change the date and you have to wait over a month. Then they tell you they don't even work on your piece until the week of so they haven't done anything but they keep the money for the deposit for doing absolutely nothing.
