I spent $1500 dollars on a tattoo done incorrectly and unbelievably poorly. Now, I’m going to have to spend additional to get it fixed(if possible). THERE ARE BETTER, CHEAPER ARTISTS ALL OVER SPRINGFIELD. Stay away.

Isaac did my friend and i’s tattoos and he was amazing. his art was perfect he was very patient with my friend as it was her first tattoo. we loved the atmosphere of the shop and they were very understanding with my friends baby and let us bring her back. 10/10 fr will be coming back <333

I was extremely nervous to have someone new tattoo me… because you just never know what the finished product will look like !? I was so happy when it was done !!!!! ISAIAH is amazing !!!! He’s fun to talk with and did an amazing job!!! I couldn’t of asked for a better tAttoo !!! Well done 🙌🏻 I’ll be letting him finish the rest of my sleeve ❤️

Never again. I got a tattoo from the Friday the 13th flash sale. This is absolutely the worst tattoo I have. The lines are uneven, wobbly, poorly done, some of the lines are hardly there. I have multiple tattoos and this one is the worst by far. Some of the lines you can tell she wasnt paying attention when she went back over so I have lines on top of limes. I messaged the artist and got the poorest response, telling me to keep taking care of it which I had already been doing. Had I of known the artist was an apprentice I would not of gotten the tattoo. I will be going somewhere else to try and get this tattoo fixed unless they are willing to work something out with a different artist. Also please note this is after it was completely healed.

I had an appointment to go to Springfield Ink today. I have been going here for several sessions over the past month to finish the sleeve on my left arm. I had been going to the same artist and thought his work is amazing. My issue is my appointment was at 2 today. When I arrived I told the person there I had an appointment with my artist at 2. Was told that he was not there, and asked if should call him. I said yes. When he called I was informed that my artist was not there and was at the lake and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I would not be irritated if I had received a call/text informing me that this appointment needed to be cancelled. After I had drove over thirty minutes on my day off for this appointment. I understand things come up, but this is the second time in the past 3 weeks that this artist has cancelled on me and let me drive to the shop only to be informed that he is not there with no call or text informing me of this. The first time he was sick, and I understand that and I thought everyone has a bad day and maybe he forgot to call or text me. But this time no call or text to inform me that he was at the lake and wanted me to reschedule. I want to get my arm finshished and think that this artists work is amazing but after two cancellations with no call and no text, and both times driving out there only to be informed that he is not there has really made me think I will be going elsewhere from now on. I have been going here for years, and nothing like this has ever happened until this past month. Very disappointed.

The guy that tattooed me was an absolutely amazing person super cool. The tattoo, not so much. After healing, the lines are crooked, sketchy and not fluid. They're random dots of ink in the tattoo. For being such a small and simple tattoo it took almost 2 hours to do. Maybe dude just needs more experience. Would not recommend.

Issac did an awesome job on our tattoos, my mom was pretty picky and had a million questions, he was so nice and was able to draw up and do something she loved. I recommend him :)
