Sam did an incredible job covering up my tattoo! I had went to a few other artists who just suggested I just completely black it out, which when I contacted Sam, I told her I was anticipating to do. Thankfully Sam came up with a wonderful idea that blended the old tattoo out and covered it up so beautifully! Sam is so incredibly funny and kind, she was super patient with me as I changed the design about a million times before settling on a design I liked. The atmosphere there at the Coven was very laid back and chill but also very fun!! Very good jams!! I’ll definitely come back here for all my future tattoos

Highly recommend! Such a beautiful and clean facility. Great conversations! And talented artist! I was so impressed with Sam! She did a fantastic job on tattooing my dog and making him look so amazing!! She's so sweet and kind ! My husband has been to Zach twice now ...and wow ...breath taking work. This is the shop to go for your next tattoo.

Tattoo Coven is by far the coolest tattoo place I’ve ever been to! Nikki and Sam and the crew are some of the best artists I’ve seen! Nikki does exactly what I want, every time. She’s great at suggesting ideas as well. What makes them stand out above the rest is their place is open and light and fun to get tattooed at. The vibe is not dark or heavy or angry. I love the music and vibe there. This is the only place I will go! I love Nikki and them so much that I’m willing to drive 2.5 hours. I’m from Kansas City and there are a ton of amazing artists here. But Tattoo Coven is worth the drive and the people! ❤️

I’ve known Sam for 5 years and she has done an incredible job with the two covers ups and few other tattoos she’s done for me. The shop is so fun, extremely clean, and the other artists there are super friendly too! Literally the most chill, laid back yet professional shop I’ve ever been to.

Hands-down the best tattoo shop in town. I’ve been tattooed in 6 states and I’d return here if we ever moved- no matter the distance. The atmosphere is kind, friendly, and calm. No negative attitudes, judging, intimidation…which I have felt at other shops. Aside from the fact that the work is impeccable. I see Sam for all my black and gray needs but everyone there is top level. I can’t recommend them enough and would go every day if I could afford it 🧡

I've been Amanda's client for several years and I absolutely love everything she does! She's laid back, easy to work with, and knocks it out of the park every single time. Everyone in the shop is extremely talented, it's such a laid back chill atmosphere, and they're all very professional. I will never go to another tattoo shop. Best in Springfield, hands down!

Honestly was a huge fan of their work but their customer service needs work. Had an appointment scheduled for their "Galentine's Event" and paid a deposit, but unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19 2 days before. I figured it would be wrong to ask for a refund, but when I asked for the deposit to be put towards another tattoo, I was told my deposit had been forfeited since my #1 priority wasn't calling them to let them know. I was under the impression my priority of healing from the virus was okay, but apparently not for The Tattoo Coven. I even offered to show proof I tested positive via Dr note. Save your money/deposits and take your money to a shop that has sympathy for their clients.
