Tanai is BEYOND AMAZING......her people skills are on point, she walks you through the whole process step by step( I got an industrial) ,so kind ,sweet and funny. The place was immaculate which is a HUGE deal for me......she is my piercer now,I won't go to anybody else.

I had a septum captive ring stuck in my nose and we couldn't get it out. We messed with it for hours on our own and I called this place and she was able to get it out after about 10 minutes of trying to open it. She even helped get my new one in. I recomend this place. Really friendly environment.
