Great experience the first time, but second the artist got irritated when asked to fix something that I didn't like. (Moment of human error) Sometimes, artists forget that tattoos are forever for the person they are working on, and that they should be satisfied with it. It's only a short time for the artist. +note= tattoo came out well. And artist was good, with a great attitude, and was smooth with the needle (didn't dig in your skin) until the end. Just a momentary display of unprofessional attitude. We're all human after all. Ironically, you could say. that he was living up to the name "Spillen Ink" in that moment, since he ended up spilling his own ink on his table in his frustrations.

Love Ray from Spillen Ink!! I live almost 5 hours away and stop for ink almost every time i am in town and he is the only artist I will allow to tattoo me now. I cant wait for my next piece!!! This shop also has other amazing artists so be sure to check them out!!!

Chasity did my first tattoo and it was amazing! Got it exactly as I wanted and the process was very easy and much better than I expected. She also did a great job touching it up for me and it looks amazing!

They never have a piercer in the office to comply to customers needs. So I didn't go to them. I drove all the way down to Springfield to Next Generation and had my piercings done.

Called over 10 times trying to get my belly pierced. First the piercer was on vacation and I had to wait a week which is fine. I understand that. I called multiple times after she was supposed to be back and no matter when I called she was not working. I was not allowed to make an appointment to be sure she would be there. I was told to just “come on in.” Finally I was given a small window of when she would be there so I changed my plans and left a float trip early to go. I showed up during the allotted time and she wasn’t there! I just asked if I could at least see the jewelry and there was maybe ten plain silver balled rings as my options. Unprofessional and very disappointed because I really wanted to support the local shop instead of driving to the city.
