I felt like I was getting judged by my tattoo ideas. I got my ears piercing here and they were uneven. The guy Dave pierced them unevenly and didn't tell how to clean and take care of it

I just went there to get a touch up for my most recent tattoo given in January. I have been waiting for my appointment since March 7th I come in today at 2:00 to find out the tattoo artist no longer works there. No one thought to tell me through the Facebook group page where I communicated booking my appointment that my appointment no longer existed. I had a panic attack. Even if the artist could have reached out. Which would be hard since we only had contact through the I-80 Facebook group messenger. I feel like they still should have checked just in case. I also find it pretty interesting that all the reviews over the last month except for two have all been one star. when this place is normally seen mostly five star reviews. Only getting one star reviews occasionally. Seems like people are pretty unhappy like me. I don't care if they have anything to say to me I just wanted to say how I felt, and rate the company how I appropriately feel they should be rated.
