Called and made a same day appointment to have both of my ears pierced. Tony was very personable and friendly. He made the entire process enjoyable and I was in and out of the shop. He also provided me with detailed instructions on aftercare. Truly a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend Iron Brush for all piercing/tattoo needs!

I initially asked for Bradli or Ethan to pierce my nose a second time, but ended up accepting an appointment with Tom along with the the reassurance that Tom was amazing. Um, better than amazing is an understatement. I'm so pleased with how the whole entire process went, start to finish. Skilled, experienced, clean, kind, and more! All 3 piercers have made me feel comfortable and reassured. I tell everyone that I always walk out feeling as if the piercers are my best friends. I couldn't ask for better customer service or a better finished product. I highly, highly recommend Tom, Ethan, or Bradli! You are in excellent hands!

I called the night before and came as a walk in the next day. I made an appointment for two hours later and I had excellent session with Tony. He talked me though everything and was personal professional and fast. My tattoo was exactly what I requested. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The charge was what I was told to expect and the whole experience was very positive. Cant recommend Iron Brush and Tony enough.
