Came in to discuss getting a tattoo in the near future. Wanted a design made uniquely by the artist. Basically I was told I needed to bring in an exact picture of what I wanted. Will go elsewhere as I don't want a copy and paste tattoo.

In attempting to get pricing and set up an appointment, I was greatly disappointed.
To begin negotiations, maybe starting off with the minimum price allowed would have helped. Once we were up to the ninth email, then I was told $60 minimum. I am from the older generation with communication, etc. Unfortunately, will not be able to experience tattoos from Ray's at this time.
