Empress Eye Tattoo

I’ve gotten 4/6 tattoos completed by Nhi at Empress Eye Tattoo and she is AMAZING. She makes every customer welcome and feel really great about the whole experience. Quinn, while I haven’t received any services from them are always extremely friendly, and their artwork is impeccable. These women are amazing, their business is clean and professional and cute as heck! This woman owned and operated business is a must-go for anyone who wants quality tattoos in a safe, professional, and fashionable environment.

Empress Eye Tattoo is a world-class tattoo shop. Not only is the talent within this shop unmatched, but the top-notch customer service that comes from these amazing artists is rare to find in tattoo shops. I have had several tattoos done by Nhi, and she continuously blows me away with her artistic skills each time I get a new tattoo. Nhi’s co-owner/business partner, Quinn is also an insanely talented artist! Both Nhi and Quinn transfer their beautiful art onto skin so flawlessly and perfect. Empress Eye Tattoo is a clean, tidy space where you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. You will be listened to, feel extremely comfortable, and quite honestly feel at home when you’re in this shop. I could keep going on and on about how amazing Empress Eye Tattoo is!!! I have attached some pictures of the incredible tattoos Nhi has done for me!

Nhi Phan and Quinn DeRuiter are both talented artists and thoughtful business owners. Their care and compassion for each other, their clients, and their space shines through at Empress Eye Tattoo.

So far, I have only had the pleasure to receive tattoos from Nhi, but hope to get into Quinn's books in the future.
> Wanted to update this review now that I have received a beautiful tattoo from Quinn! Again, a top notch experience from a lovely artist. She was very knowledgeable and helpful determining a placement for the flash design I had picked up from her. The placement was in a slightly vulnerable area, but Quinn made me feel at ease and safe in her private room. I can’t wait to get more designs from her!

Nhi has made me feel so welcome and at ease in her chair that I keep coming back! My first experience getting a tattoo (not with Nhi) was terrible and it took a long time for me to feel comfortable trying again. I now have 7 tattoo with more on the way and have never felt better in my skin :) Thanks to Nhi, I've finally been able to make my body look the way I want it to without fear of judgement or unwanted comments. I can't wait to continue to work with Nhi over the years.

Super awesome place! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I never felt more comfortable ever getting my first color tattoo! Nhi you are a really sweet and talented person. Will definitely be coming back for my future tattoos :)

Empress Eye Tattoo is Absolutely Amazing! The experience of being tattooed by Nhi, the perfection of the entire shop, and the comforting and friendly atmosphere is beyond words. I, like many others, have almost all of tattoos done by Nhi. That is no coincidence. She is a phenomenal human, artist, and business owner. I ALWAYS feel comfortable in her presence. Her art is beautiful and I constantly get compliments on my pieces. During my most recent tattoo, I was able to meet Quinn. She had such a kind presence, also making the atmosphere welcoming and just like I was hanging out with friends. She popped over to check out my tattoo, compliment, and show off some of her VERY cool tattoo ideas.

If you can spend time in this shop getting some beautiful artwork added to your body, you will not be disappointed. I would say you’ll enjoy the experience and atmosphere so much you won’t want to leave!

Please let me take a minute to talk about the best tattoo experience I have ever had in my life!! ❤️

Yesterday I had my 1st appointment @empresseyetattoo and let me tell y’all!!!! The shop ALONE has the cutest, most welcoming, colorful, warm reception area ever. There I was greeted by my artist Nhi! She showed me to her room and it was SO CUTE!!! Nhi is the type of person that immediately makes you feel comfortable! Every step of the process, from reserving my design and deposit, to the actual execution of her art, she is so professional, talented, funny, kind, and just so easy to talk to! I left the shop with a little goody bag of candies, a face mask, scrunchies, socks, and even a little toy for my new puppy 🥺❤️
I see a lot of this shop’s work on my body in the future!!!!

I’ve received multiple tattoos from Nhi and have even recommended my family and friends to her, everyone loves her! Her line work is phenomenal, shes fast but methodical. Shes great at making even the most introverted feel comfortable and relaxed! I highly recommend all of the artists here but especially Nhi! She is a rockstar at what she does she is most definitely worth the wait. 🌟 I get compliments on my tattoos all the time!

100000/10 recommend empress eye. It’s a woman owned shop which I LOVE and they are SO nice&kind, absolutely listen to your needs and are so helpful to collaborate and clearly extremely talented. I get my tattoos by Quinn and she always knows how to execute what I want even better than I could think! Do yourself a favor and check em out!!!
