I got my first tattoo done by Savannah at the new location and had the most magical time during the process. Savannah was by far the most accommodating professional I have ever met and was consistently checking to make sure me and my girlfriend were comfortable! Savannah’s wife made a surprise appearance and was just as sweet and accommodating as Savannah was. My girlfriend who has been tatted numerous times said herself that it was by far the best tattoo experience she has ever had. If you are looking for a solid color artist to do pop culture pieces and want to feel like you’re at home the whole time, don’t pass up a chance to get work done by Savannah Universe!

I was a walk in appointment and was seen pretty quickly. The artist was kind and cool. Her work looked great until it started to heal. The tattoo is still very sore a week later and is giving off pus. I paid good money for am unhealthy tattoo. (To note, this is not my first tattoo and all of my others have healed beautifully.) Pretty upset since this tattoo is on my arm and very visible.

Went in for 2 nostril piercings & Lacee was amazing! Very professional and even fit my little brother in the get his ears pierced. She was quick & very sanitary. Will definitely be back!!

My 15year old sister got her nose pierced here yesterday, my mom took her. Today she called me and asked me how to clean her nose piercing 🤦🏻♀️ If you’re going to pierce someone’s nose, please, PLEASE, at the VERY least, teach them/show them/tell them how to clean it!!
