Mark is awesome! My sister got a nose piercing in CALIFORNIA a week ago however they did it in the wrong place and she had to visit the ER to have it removed. The day after it was removed I took her in to see Mark and she felt very comfortable with his knowledge and had him pierce the other side. Great work!

Store was very busy but they were very organized & took care of everyone in a very timely fashion ! If you want body piercing or body jewelry change this is the place to go for good fast service ..

No organization at all. First of all, I called just before 6:30 p.m. to ask if they were offering Friday the 13th tattoos, the gentleman who answered the phone did let me know that they were doing the tattoos. I then asked if they were busy or not, he replied “at the moment yes, but when are you looking to come in?”. I told him I was available any time and he offered me an appointment at 8 p.m.. I accepted the appointment and showed up on time. Upon arrival, I waited 10-15 minutes before being helped (this is not the reason I am giving them 1 star). After finally being helped, the gentleman who helped me offered to call me when it was my turn, while I waited in my vehicle. I waited in my vehicle for 2 hours before he finally called me and said “I’m sorry but we are over booked and we cannot do your tattoo tonight”, even though I had called about an hour and a half prior to the time he offered to be sure that there was availability. No one offered to make it up to me by offering the same tattoo and price the next day or anything. In conclusion, I called at 6:30 to make sure they would have time for me and they offered me 8, I showed up at 7:50, and waited in my car until 10 only to be turned away, even though I had called prior and THEY scheduled me at 8.

Mark is an amazing tattoo artist!!! I’ve been wanted my 21 yr. old Butterfly Tattoo redone and Mark did a beautiful job!!! Even better then what I was expecting. Plus he is so personable and fun to talk with. I will highly recommend him to anyone that is on the fence about getting a Tattoo done at Diversity @ Craig & Rancho. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. Especially not for piercings. They have only 1 piercer and I have tried now 3 times to simply get my ears pierced I called before I went every time and the 3rd time just set up an appointment and left them my number. The 1st 2 times the piercer was out for whatever reason and this 3rd time I go in for my appointment and the piercer is gone again. I understand stuff comes up but I should have received some sort of heads up that they weren’t going to be there so that I didn’t have to rush out of the house and then waste my time and gas to go down there just for them to say the piercer isn’t there. It doesn’t take much to simply call to notify me that you can’t take me in today especially when I set up an appointment. Just go somewhere else they are unreliable and have no common courtesy.

Went in a few months ago to get some piercings with a friend. I got my rook, which healed beautifully within a month. My friend got her belly button. Mark actually took the time to measure it out to make sure that when the jewelry was in, it didn't show any of the bar sticking out. I'll admit I was a bit jealous! He was really awesome, cut up with us, explained everything and answered any questions we had. And the pricing was really good. Definitely recommend!
