Went to the place today because I needed a quote on a tattoo and make an appointment and the door was locked, nobody there. Hours said they were open. I'll take my business elsewhere and refer people not to go there. If it's a family emergency or a lunch break, put a note in the door. I waited 20 minutes for no reason.
