We had our 14 month baby girl get her ears pierced and they really took the time to make sure she was doing good as much as possible and made it quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

I got my first tattoo done here by Anna and it came out amazing. It looks like it was painted on with watercolor. It's a clean place and everyone is super helpful. I'm definitely staying here for any others I get.

I have gotten a few tattoos there, I wanted to do some touch up work, when I had called they said the girl was leaving and Anna was taking over her clients and was told to schedule it online. I scheduled it and left my description of what I want done and it was set for a week out. However the day I was going they had texted me and off the bat said she couldn’t do it today and I explained I couldn’t do it for the day she said cuz I had already that day off of work for it. She was completely rude and unprofessional. All this because of poor communication within their shop and I wasted my a day off when she could’ve let me know when I scheduled it a week ago. I’ll no longer go back there.

Had my nose pierced here. Piercer was very friendly and helpful. Healing process went without a hitch, it was so well done it needed the bare minimum for aftercare. Very impressed.

I had a terrible botched tattoo by a larger "reputable" studio in Manchester. I was not happy so I gave a leap of faith to Capital City. Not only did my artist perfect and correct the new tattoo but she impeccably added another I was looking for. I appreciate that my artist was so focused and didn't settle for anything but perfection. I look at the tattoos from her everyday and they are absolutely flawless.

I got my first tattoo two weeks ago at 65 years old, and I've already got my next two picked out. They are nice, pleasant, and make you feel very comfortable, I'd suggest this place in a heartbeat. I'm going back hopefully this week for my touch up and hopefully my second tattoo 😊

I am really not the type of person to write a negative review about anything, but I had such a terrible experience here with my piercing. My friend and I came in on Friday the 13th get piercings (which I know, I probably shouldn’t expect much from a cheaper piercing)- but both my friend and I have had terrible reactions. I have a ton of work done and plenty of piercings on my face, so I really didn’t think twice about getting my daith done. My friend got the same as me. We went into a really well reviewed tattoo shop after to get hers changed to some different jewelry, and the piercer insisted on taking hers out. He had me take a look, and the reason was because the piercing was done so close to the outside of the ear, you could see the bar through her skin. He let her know she couldn’t keep it in or change it because if it got stuck on something (clothing, hair, etc), it would literally rip out of her ear. I decided to leave mine in because it didn’t seem too bad and I’ve it for a while now and have developed THE worst infection I’ve ever had from a piercing. I went into my local shop that took my friends piercing out, and he immediately took it out, letting me know it was done pretty sloppily, super slanted, and done with the worst quality jewelry possible. I’m really disappointed by this place. Like I said, I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I decided to come here because of all the positive ones and just want to let people know that not everyone had a fabulous experience. I would suggest maybe looking elsewhere for piercings.

I had an amazing experience getting an old tattoo redone,and having a little more added to it.My artist was Rachel and she did top notch work and was very sweet.She made my old tattoo look so nice I can't believe it.This place is very clean,And all the people that worked there were very nice
