Asked to get an arm wrap tattoo but said they were unable to do it. They said it wouldn't look right. I don't see how. Creativity does not appear to match their business name. Geez.

I have been going to Cesar for many years now. I have 2 full sleeves and portraits of my parents on my back that he has done. After winning a couple of awards at tattoo conventions and the many complements that I get on his work, I can safely say he is one of the best, if not the best artists in New England. Thanks Cesar for all the great work.

I highly recommend Creative Ink everyone there is amazing. They are super friendly and welcoming. Whether you're there for a few minutes setting up an appointment or hours while getting work done the staff here will make you feel at home. Amber did my tattoo and it came out a million times better then I could have imagined.

Cesar does amazing work! I am very pleased with the work he has completed on my half sleeve so far, and can not wait to finish the background work next. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone and have been doing so already. You will not been disappointed he is extremely talented.

Made two appointments for my husband with Caesar. I had no trouble ever reaching Caesar directly through Facebook messenger or calling the shop and they were always willing to help me (like when I lost the confirmation email). Creative ink is just that- super creative tattoos and super SUPER talent. My husbands tattoo came out fantastic! Thank you so much ❤️

I am very particular in where I get all my body modifications done. When researching artists for my first tattoo I found Cesar Perez at Creative Ink. I am so happy I found him and he is by far the best grey scale portrait artist of the North East. Cesar took his time, was professional, and turned my vision into a beautiful work of art that I adore to this day. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in gray scale and portrait tattoos to go to him!
