Tim and Kyle are the absolute BEST! They are creative artistic guys that can come up with the most amazing tattoos from your visions or fix a nightmare from hell. They are a great team and I have had 3 tattoos at Kelly's over the last 18 months. They truly are Masters of their craft! Not to mention entertaining and inspiring as well. Tim has been known to croon a few tunes while plucking the strings! A truly unique and awesome experience all around!
