I’ve been working with Anthony for the past year, he does high quality work. He’s easy and fun to hang with for hours while he’s tattooing you. The shop is always clean, TV in the room, water offered.

My experience at mayhem was amazing from the being my artist was Katie but everyone the was great staff was very nice good vibes all around the place was extremely clean air was so crisp. On top of all that I came in for a cover up of a tattoo that was on my left should that’s has been dreadful for years and I finally decided it was time long story short Katie slayed my cover up I appreciate Mayhem tattoo amazing

First time going here and I must say one of the best experience I have had at a tattoo shop. Very clean VERY FRIENDLY, very Respectful price was affordable and the work is outstanding!!! Amazingly clean! I received my tattoo March 22nd & everyone was just starting to get freaked out with the covid-19 starting to break out. The shop is huge, all in their private booths, front desk person very helpful, nice, & funny. She had hand sanitizer, lysol wipes, & was joking on what a germ-phoebe she was & I knew I was in the right place. It was so funny because she waited for me to speak with artist as she quickly wiped down the door knob. Katie was my artist, she was professional, took her time, designed and tattooed me all in the same session. It is by appointment only but because the location was new I got in within 2 weeks. Between the quality of the staff, shop, tattoo, I would give it 10 stars if I could. I'll be back for my next one.
