Just got back from getting work done by Anthony Pereira and I could not say enough good! I never write reviews but I feel it's necessary as I had a GREAT first experience at electric lotus tattoo. I highly recommend getting some work done here as the staff is very helpful, easy going, and not to mention fun to be around! These people know and appreciate fine art which shows in there tattoos! Needless to say I am already excited to book my next appointment with Anthony. Thank you again. Also, I have been to many different tattoo shops and this shop is by far one of the coolest shops around, AWESOME art everywhere, and super clean with a friendly environment. Jae Connor is an amazing artist and a wonderful guy. I am delighted with my latest tattoo. The area where the studio is at is cool, safe, vibrant and the studio which is on the street ground level is great. It’s always fun getting a tattoo and chit chatting with Jae. His designs are so creative also and the selection of designs there is vast.

Walking into the electric Lotus, I didn't know much about the business other than what I found on Google. But Jae took me in, I told him what I wanted. I even left the store and came back and he had three different designs for me ready. He got it done within 15 minutes maybe even less. Good price and friendly service, will definitely be coming back for another tattoo.

This was my favorite tattooing experience I’ve ever had, not to mention the easiest. I called to see what the walk-in time was, Jae let me know that there may not be any that day, but he’d keep me posted. An hour and a half later I was in the chair. The shop has an absolutely incredible atmosphere, topped only by the talent inside it.

Electric Lotus Tattoo, in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn, is simply a class establishment operated by Jae Connor, a sensitive artist without peer. His studio is attractive, inviting and comfortable. Jae listens to you (very important) translating what you want into beautiful work. You cannot be other than extremely satisfied. I traveled from Baltimore to have my tattoo and it was more than worth the trip. After your first, you'll return for another.

I've been going to see Jae at Electric Lotus for over 17 years. It all began when he had a shop in Boonton, NJ and now I travel to brooklyn because he does a hands down a great job everytime. Always fun to chat with, great artistic vision, the shop has a killer atmosphere with a collection of art and books from all over the world, and is always fair with pricing. I highly recommend. You can get cool original tees and merch from the shop too!
