Was told over the phone a touch-up would be $20-30. Made the appointment, had it done, and then was told to pay $100. Owner admitted the employee was wrong but wouldn't reimburse the mistake. A touch-up on a small tattoo shouldn't cost $100. I'd understand if it was the tattoo itself, but not a touch-up

If you aren't getting your tattoo's done by Melissa at 5 Venoms you need to start! The shop goes above and beyond with cleanliness and sanitizing. The artists are all extremely friendly and welcoming and the quality of Melissa's work is OUTSTANDING! Take a look at the before and after cover-up she did for me!

Set up an appointment with Jared a couple months ago. He made the process easy and everything fell into place. His interpretation of what I wanted wasn’t only perfect, it exceeded my expectations when he put the finishing touches on! Conversation flowed and the experience could not have been any better! Had a decent sized tattoo done here. Jared is amazing. It took 3 sessions because I'm a baby and he was patient and cool about it every time. The detail is amazing and I've had so many compliments. My boyfriend has been wanting sleeves and after mine he has decided to do them with Jared too. I've even given a few of his cards out to people who have seen my turtle. Jared is down to earth and easy to talk to which really helps pass the time and keep your mind busy. I can't imagine going anywhere else honestly.
