Had my 1st appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed and shaded. Kelsey was very professional and the results were amazing! Just need touch ups which are to be expected. I no longer need to apply my eyebrows daily! So very satisfied

First tattoo ever and love this shop so Iām going here from now on! My artist was Caitlyn and she was the best, super nice, comforting and knowledgeable. The space before they moved had a really cool and welcoming vibe but the new place is better! Overall love her style, the atmosphere and my tattoo!

They are rude and give very poor customer service. Its almost as if they take is a bag of honor as tattoo artists, counter culture and all, to be poorly organized and rude to their customers. Cant speak to the quality of the work since I refuse to ever get a tattoo from them.

My tattoo was a basic tattered Irish flag with Irish By Blood under, on my shoulder that was supposed to be $250 and should have only taken 1-2 sittings. The guy kept rescheduling every time he made it bleed bad because of how heavy handed he is.
He rescheduled 11 times and within that time he only had the outline the writing and a little bit of green done and wanted to DOUBLE THE PRICE to $500!
I left him the $250 gift card he said would cover the whole tattoo at the beginning and haven't set foot in that scam artist shop since.
Went up to a guy in Ogdensburg and got it finished and improved in not only a couple hours for somewhere around $160 but also got my much more more detailed American flag done on my other shoulder for less than the original offer price of the Irish flag in 2 sittings.

Got this BEAUTIFUL tattoo from Richelle. Even though her books will probably go through the roof from posting this I had to share. It came out 10x better than the image I had in my head. I wanted a touch up to make the white pop out more before I posted (ocd) but work got in the way. Honestly even without it its still beautiful. She's awesome ā¤.

Great work the shading, lines, and design all came out great. James had light hands and took his time so no bleeding for me and it healed quick. It was a great experience from the comfortable atmosphere to the actual tattoo. The price was more than fair. Great price for great work!

The artists at Pride and Glory are all so professional and creative. Each artist bringing something a little different to the table. James added a lot of work to my side and also did a couple piercings for me another time. He was absolutely wonderful and made the 6 hour session go by fast. Ill never go anywhere else.

my wife (and her mother) got the absolutely worst tattoo(s) ever from james (the owner). he spent half an hour on TWO tattoos. they are patchy (with multiple spots missing any ink at all) as he didnt shave the area before nor did he use the right kind of needle. he went outside the lines and the tattoo is FAR from sharp. it was supposed to be a special matching tattoo between my wife and her mother. i would like our money back and we will never being doing business here again. so frustrating.
