Made an appointment for a piercing. Showed up on time and was asked to wait a bit. No problem, right? After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and I was told three more people were getting tattooed before my piercing...
I've had piercing appointments last less than 15 minutes. I canceled and left. Why have appointments if you can't honor them?
Three stars because the shop was really nice, the staff was friendly, and I'm sure they do fine work when you can get it. But I scheduled my day around being there for this appointment and wasted a couple hours.

I am over the moon happy with my new tattoo by Erik. I went in, went through a few images of what I had in mind, described what I wanted, and he just drew it, better than I had pictured it. I got a top of the foot tattoo, which could have hurt a lot, but Erik is so gentle and it was quick and relatively painless! I would definitely recommend El Underdog to anyone looking for a great artist and I would go back myself. :-) I absolutely love it.
