I was impressed from the moment I walked in to discuss the tattoo I wanted. Everyone was friendly and competent. Since this was my first tattoo, they also soothed some of my concerns about the level of pain to expect (very little, by the way).
Everything involved was very clean and professional. My appointment started on time and the drawing/stencil of what I wanted was ready to go. The tattoo itself took a shorter time than expected, but maintained high quality. The tattoo is perfect and amazing...exactly what I wanted!
Friendly and professional staff and artists, fantastic work, and very reasonable prices. I will certainly be back!

Just got back from getting my first tattoo done by Lee. The tattoo looks amazing, crisp straight lines and even shading. I can’t wait to see it once it’s all healed up. The shop is super clean, bright, and welcoming. They’ve got books of their work and larger images on the wall you can flip though. I will 100% be going back to Lee to get more done soon! This is a great spot for your first or 50th tattoo. Lee is the man.

Have had an awesome experience since the moment I stepped in the door! Everything was so pristinely kept clean. Suzi was a charm and pleasant to talk with. All of the staff were polite and cordial. My artist was Lee. Nothing short of amazing describes the work he did on my tattoo. Very focused yet friendly as well. I thought the process would be lengthy but he made short work of it all and amazing work to boot! I've been to other tattoo parlors but Immortal Images rates as top dog in my book! I will definitely be back! Thanks y'all!

Absolutley amazing caring artists! They do wonderful custom work! The shop is super clean and very nice. I just got done with my 1st session today, I'm getting my half sleeve done by Steve and he has created the most beautiful piece of art for me! I'm excited to watch the tattoo grow over my next few sessions. You can tell they genuinely care about giving you exactly what you want. The best part is the collaboration to create something beautiful that no one else has. This tattoo shop is truly the best! You won't regret going here. 😊

Absolutely a great experience. Went to see Steve many years ago and went to finish a tattoo that I wanted to do before leaving Charlotte. Not only did he do an incredible job as he always does but he is always very thoughtful caring and kind and making sure you are comfortable and that everything goes as planned.
