Would not recommend this place for piercings. When I walk in the staff looked as if they were high on drugs. Guy that was doing my piercing was in gym shorts and sneakers like he was at home, very unprofessional. I should’ve just left based off of this. But I continued on and gave this place a chance which was a mistake. The guy ended up having to pierce my nose TWICE, both times taking more than 5 minutes. This was an extremely grueling process. Finally he thought he had gotten it right and took $15 off of $40... A few days later I look at the piercing and it is embedded into my nose which just goes to show the piercer had no earthly idea what he was doing. So I go back to explain this to the owner (Amelia) and she sets me up with someone else there to fix it, still could not fix my nose piercing and the woman was about to be in tears because she didn’t know what she was doing. Again, horrible experience. They ended up just taking it out and giving me a “free” nose piercing, which baffles me because I already paid the money for it. If anything they should’ve paid me for the horrible experience. However, I do not blame the staff for this fault, instead I blame the owner (Amelia). If you are going to be the owner then you should have knowledge of your staff as to who pierces and who does not. Maybe try hiring more professional individuals who don’t look like they just got off of the streets of Jacksonville. And include more supervision over your shop, this initially would have solved the whole problem and saved everyone time and anguish. I will not be coming here again, I instead took my business to Gypsy Rose where they had my piercing done in less than a minute almost.

It's worth checking out , great staff with experience & eagerness to do their best into their art . The pinball machines will help pass time while your waiting on your friend's tattoo or for your appointment but don't leave out the fish pond which helps bring calm vibes & hopefully bring some inspiration. I got my tragus done and the piercer didn’t put the right rings in it was way to small so my ear ate it. I had to go to the Er to get it taken out and he also did it crooked.

My ear piercing was swollen (not done at this shop) and I went there late at night to have it removed (allergic reaction to the metal and I couldn't get it off myself). She was so kind and helpful. She took it slow, cleaned it well and didn't charge me.
