This review is more for an artist, Chad Polidore, than it is the shop. The bottom line is simple- it's entirely unprofessional for your client to wait 2+ hours past their appointment so you can draw up a simple, palm sized design that was sent to you weeks ago, meanwhile you're smoking and joking around the shop, and on top of that you don't even offer an apology or an explanation for being unprepared. If you can't respect my time or your place of work enough to come prepared, I can't see spending hundreds of dollars when there's plenty of competition in the area. I'm 50+ hours into a body suit. Money isn't an issue, I care about customer service.

I got a piece done by Chris and I'm completely satisfied with my tattoo. He is such a great artist, he took my idea and put it on skin with a little flare of his own. And the studio is so clean! I'm definitely coming back to Chris again.

I wanted a tattoo in memory of a friend and I wanted it to be a feather tattoo so after looking at tons of feather tattoos on Google images I finally found a design I liked and showed it to Matt and he did the tattoo even better than the picture! Their studio has a family atmosphere where you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It is a clean, upscale studio and not the typical tattoo shop. Check them out and you can see for yourself the difference between them and the rest!
