I got a medium size thin-lined tattoo and a nose piercing done here. It was my first tattoo and I'm afraid of needles but the artist (I believe it was Jason) walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, modern, and professional. I drove 1.5 hrs to go here and it was worth it. I highly recommend Ink Lab! Five stars.

Had my first major tattoo done by Lee. I am highly impressed with his skills as a tattoo artist and I look forward to having him tattoo me in the future. The studio was clean, everyone was professional, and Lee made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Lee as a tattoo artist! Thank you for my beautiful ink. I absolutely love it!

RUDEST people on earth. I called and asked if they accepted walk ins and they said of course, just come for a consultation and if they had time they’d do it. I drive down here and walked in and off the bat they had an attitude. I was asking for a small flower tattoo behind my ear and showed the guy a very simple thin line flower. He said “you’re asking for too much” and quoted me 80$ very rudely. After going back and forth for a second I simply walked out because why get a tattoo by someone who’s obviously unwilling to try or who obviously doesn’t want to do the job. Wouldn’t waste my time coming here or recommend for anyone.

Lee is amazing! He cares about his shop, his profession, the people who work there and his customers. He explained the process in detail, he listened to what I was envisioning and then made it happen. Not going to say painless, however Lee made the experience positive and memorable.

Great shop. I've been here twice. Amazing service, friendly staff and I really enjoyed my time here ... Even if I was in pain a few moments lol. The first trip Codie did my cover-up and it came out great. Beautifully drawn and tatted on. Then recently I went with the bestie to get matching tats and we seen Lee this time. Just as great of an artist and we had great conversation the whole time. This place is great... Quality artistry at affordable prices. They even work with you.

Had a few piercings done a few months ago. Wade was awesome about explaining everything and taking time to make sure I was positive about the piercings and happy with them afterwards. He did my sisters belly button as well. Never had any issues with them. Will definitely be going back when it is time for more piercings and tattoos. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

My whole experience was wonderful here. I walked in the door and Jason helped me with ideas on the tattoo that I wanted. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and helped me pick the colors that would make the whole tattoo compliment itself. I will definitely be going back here again when I get my next tattoo and would recommend ink lab and Jason to anyone looking for a great experience when looking at getting some new ink.

Tried to collect feedback on a recently done bad tat. All I got was a 1 minute critical rant on how bad it was and how bad the artist was. Then for the second half of consultation, this incredibly rude guy proceeded to imply that I was too old to cover another bad on my finger and simply suggested laser to remove it. I finally fired back and asked him if if I looked "dead" to him. I politely thanked him for his candid feedback, walked out the door, kicked the dust off my feet feeling GRATEFUL that I NEVER have to step foot back in that place again. The WORST customer relations experienced EVER. BTW, I did find a recommended artist the next day that really assessed my bad tat and knows exactly what to do with it to turn into a great tat.
