Olivia helped my daughter get her first set of earrings. She was very professional and my daughter adored the entire experience! Manager helped us check out and she was pretty sweet as well. Claire's in West acres is a great spot if you need to get your young ones ears pierced for the first time.

My niece loves Claire and we came often but after our last weekend experience with Taylor, we will never come back to this place. Every customer deserves to be treated respectfully. We make appointment of 3 people and after 2 people got ear piercings, Taylor came knocking her head and told us she has to reschedule the third person to another time or day because they’re people on the line? Like what? I told we’re not rescheduling our appointment because we’re came before the people that are on the line. She continued to give us a bad attitude and behave like a 2 year old. Claire employees used to be nice for every customer but now they hired white teens or in their early 20’s that only care about other white people. Honey my money will go to the people that deserves so good luck with your racism.

Quick in and out. Sales people were more interested in each other's lives than in helping customers. I found what I needed at Walgreens.

Was very disappointed to understand that Claire's does not have a policy, that prevents parents from forcing their young children getting ears pierced. The little girl (7-8 yrs?) kept running out of Claire's into the Mall, while the mom was trying to hold her down. I asked one of the employees and she said that the little girl, at first wanted her ears pierced and the mom insisted.

We were in the process of leaving the mall. My GF suggested my daughter get her ears pierced (she's 13). Against my wishes they gleefully entered! it was 8:55 when we entered.
The employees were so very accommodating, friendly and frankly AMAZING! Jwan was the main helper (and I didn't get the name of the other). Just overall happy with their professionalism and great attitude.
She got them pierced and all is well!
