They were very inexperienced when I came to bring my 3m old baby to get her ears periced. They took long to get the right position of where to put the mark for the piercing. Then when it was time to place the earrings they could not get the machine off of her ears. It got stuck for over 3mins on both ears. The lack of experience caused her more pain than it should have been. They didn't show any remorse or concern for the pain they caused her from the lack of knowledge. Plus I was lead to believe that the earrings I originally wanted to purchase for her were out of stock. Because I had turned down the more expensive earrings that they were trying to convince me to get prior to the process. I was charged for the price of something i didn't get. I believe my daughter and I were treated differently because of our skin color that we didn't get the respect and care we deserve. I regret having taken my baby here to experience this kind of treatment. I won't be coming back to this location to get a ear piercing never again. I am only giving them 1 star to be able to post this experience. If I didn't have to I would rate them 0 stars.
