I went to get my nose pierced here and they took hardly any sterilization precautions. The guy who pierced my nose didn’t even wear gloves or wash his hands before he pierced my nose. They also didn’t tell me how to care for my piercing or anything like that I was very upset because it felt very unprofessional for a $50 piercing. If I knew it would’ve been like that I would have done it myself.

Only reason why I'm not giving this place one star is because of the girl that was suppose to do my tattoo. She was very nice and understanding. But whoever booked my appt is an idiot because he screwed up what I said and I ended up not getting what I wanted because it was going to take too long. I texted them a picture of what I wanted!! Exactly what he told me to do and still messed the appt up. Incredibly frustrating dealing with incompetence.

the people here are very rude and judgmental.my husband and I went to get tattoos on our ring fingers. first off they said there was only one guy that would do it and we get there and he wouldn't even do what we wanted. I wanted a white tattoo on the side of my finger and he said he wouldn't do either of those things.my husband wanted my initial incorporated in to his tattoo and he wouldn't do that and he wouldn't wrap a ring around his finger. I thought we should have walked out and left but my husband decided to get one anyways. It looks nothing like what he originally wanted (a wedding band) and the price was outrageous for such a tiny tattoo we think he charged us for both because we had 2 appointments. There's no way I would ever recommend this place!! not to mention that they were very rude when we walked in. They all just sat there and didn't say or do anything for a while and my husband was trying to be friendly but they treated him like he was young and stupid (we are not very young)

The tattoo itself was "ALRIGHT" nothing grand, the lines arent straight and didnt really put much effort and came out exoensive, but literally their customer service I would say is garbage. The guy who was giving me the tattoo was a little mean and was coming off with badd vibes, so I decided to just not talk to him and instead had my friend come over to talk to me. Also they had loads of friends/family in their that were coming off rude and just staring. It was my first tatt and had a terrible experience.
Also didn't really explain how to care for it and seemed annoyed when I asked.
Please do not get a tattoo here.

Gary did my nose piercing, he didn't wash hands before putting on gloves if that matters to you personally. I was never told how to clean it or anything, but I mean I got it pierced and that's what I asked for so the job was done :)

Very clean shop. Just had art work done by Paul and Amanda and both do wonderful work. Very friendly and upbeat environment. Will always go back to Psychward Tattoo.
