I randomly met Alexis through the villain arts Cincinnati tattoo convention. Found one of her flash offerings I liked and got it tattooed. She does great work, I now have 4 awesome pieces from her. This shop is top notch!! Every one who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable and want to give you the best art you can get.

I've known Josh for a while now and after my first tattoo with him I decided that I will go no where else in Dayton but his shop. I've been tattooed and pierced by him and his crew and have never been dissatisfied. He's 100% honest and will tell you upfront what he thinks. He thrives on perfection. I recently after many years of procrastination I finally recently got my first tattoo. After talking to a lot of artists and doing alot of research there was always something that kept me from trusting anyone to work on me. By chance I met Josh, and to make a long story short got the ''vibe'' from him I was looking for. I have had a design in mind for years and with Josh's help, a dream finally became a reality. Outstanding work with great attitude and professionalism, I would highly recommend anyone to give Josh a try. I couldn't have asked for better first experience and am already planning my next!

Avoid this place... If you don't like quality work. They are truly top notch, and I'd go so far as to say this shop is the best in the area. They take the cake for originality, and art caliber by far. The shop itself is clean, open, and a fun time in and of itself. You're not cramped for space, and while you're waiting for your artist to get set up you have plenty of things to look at. They all display their work proudly on the walls, as they should, and that's worth going in to check out by itself! They don't typically have time for drop ins, so make sure to make yourself an appointment. They're always willing to make time to discuss bookings & what you're interested in getting though! Expect to pay top dollar, but you get what you pay for. You're going to walk away with something absolutely incredible :).

Alexis has been my tattoo artist since the middle of last year (2018) and she will always be the tattoo artist I trust to do any type of ink work on me. Unfortunately, I have moved back to Colorado, and I will not find myself to her as often; however, I can assure you I will be flying back to Dayton when I’m ready for some new ink!

Great place for some new artwork. Alexis was a wonderful artist, clean, creative, and talented! I would recommend her for a first tattoo or a seasoned veteran. It was the least painful tattoo I had even gotten, having gotten. Go and check her out at Modified Skin
