I got my nostril pierced yesterday by Lance and I could not have asked for a more positive experience. He walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood everything before it happened. I was extremely nervous and he didn't make me feel silly or like I was taking up his time with all my million questions, he was just very calm, reassuring and patient. He explained all the aftercare in detail as well as sending me with paper instructions to take home. 10/10 best experience, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before and after my piercing. 15 min. Sterilization (awesome). Will definitely be a returning customer. Recommend 100%.
UPDATE: No mask required anymore, other than that exactly the same excellent customer service. Just got my daughter a tattoo and it was done with perfection as expected of course!!!

Lance pierced my nose (nostril), as well as my daughter's (adult). We were pumped about getting it done but began getting very nervous as soon as it was "go time". Lance and the rest of the staff helped put us at ease and had us both laughing in no time. He was extremely helpful at helping us pick out the jewelry we wanted. Everything was sanitized and sparkling. Prices were very fair. All in all, we were both very happy with both Hammer's and Lance. We went back a few months later to have our jewelry changed out. We highly recommend Hammer's Tattoo & Body Piercing!
