My wife and I made same day appointments for tattoos. Staff was simply AMAZING. Very friendly and attentive to each and every customer in their shop. Eric, who did our tattoos, has 30+ years of experience and it truly shows! I would 100% recommend Burned Hearts to anyone. My first two experiences getting tattoos where absolutely horrible - this place treats their customers just like family! Check them out, you will not regret it!

This place is amazing! I called late to see if they had space for my 3 friends and I and they were glad to see us stop by. The atmosphere is so friendly I truly couldn’t say enough good stuff about this place! I would recommend this tattoo shop to anyone. The owner, Di and tattoo artist Gene made us feel very comfortable and cared about for our first tattoos. We’ll 100% be back.

I got a tattoo from Gene and he was awesome! He was very professional and wanted to make sure I was happy with the placement. We adjusted the stencil a couple of times. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in anyway. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my tattoo. The rest of the staff was super supportive checking to see if I needed anything. I will definitely go back and I’ve already recommended them to several people. Top notch!!!

First tattoo I got. Waited 31 years to figure out what I wanted. When I did it was kind or vague, but Gene had the imagination to help bring it to life. I'll be going back for sure. Couldn't be happier with the art.

They were able to get me in later that day, and were welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. Eric did my tattoo, and it turned out amazing. 5/5 highly recommend this place. The owner Di is bubbly and a real joy to talk to. The shops main tattoo artist Gene does a amazing job and really knows his stuff. The atmosphere of the shop is wonderful as well you will feel right at home when you go in. Everybody at the shop does a good job of making it a pleasant experience that will make you want to come back time and time again.

I’ve had Gene tattoo me twice now and I couldn’t be more happy with the work. He is a very professional laid back easy going guy but there is also a directness about him when it come to answering questions that I appreciate most especially since it’s something you will have for the rest of your life. The last tattoo I had him do I just gave him an idea and he drew it right on my arm so when it comes to creativity & talent yeah he’s pretty good..... I would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic experience at Burned Hearts! Everyone was super friendly and it was very clean. Gene was my artist and he did an absolutely phenomenal job on my tattoo. This shop has a great family atmosphere. Di the owner is great. I have only personally had work done by Jesse James. But they all seen really down to earth and take the time to make sure you get what you want. Drew the apprentice is also great. Always enjoy the time spent here. Quality shop.
