Wave’s Raditattoo Me Tattoo & Tattoo Repair Parlor

I can’t begin to tell you how unbelievable my experience was today getting my very first tattoo from Wave Judd at Raditattoo Me Tattoos in Dayton.

From a professional standpoint, Wave (and his apprentice, Alex) welcomed me and my girlfriend as soon as we walked into the studio. Upon introductions, we were asked to sanitize our hands and of course masks were worn by all given our current societal circumstances.

The studio itself is inviting, clean and an almost spa-like environment (just with very cool artwork all over the walls appropriately showing off Wave’s exceptional artistic talents).

What really makes this studio incredibly impressive is Wave himself. He was so nice to work with. He listened to what I wanted, made appropriate changes to the design and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process.

What was equally as impressive was learning how knowledgeable Wave was about not only the history of tattooing, but speaking intelligently about the science behind tattoos, literally down to the cellular level. It was like being a wildly cool science class with an awesome teacher.

My reason to get a tattoo was very sentimental as it related to memorializing my mother. I also opted to seek Wave out as he is listed as a certified tattoo artist specializing in Sound Motion audio tattooing.

I could not have asked for a better artist to work with and get to know. My girlfriend and I left the studio this morning grateful for having the opportunity to get to know Wave.

Wave is beyond exceptional. Shop is clean and inviting. Wave is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing with the process of the tattoo from start to finish and the healing process. His eye for detail is incredible. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone.

I got my first tattoo (a starfish) here from Wave. His shop is very clean and comfortable. He answered all my questions and was incredibly professional. He took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and was a good communicator. The tattoo itself was fantastic. I couldn’t believe how realistic it looked when he was finished. It blew me away. When my husband saw it he stated that you could see exactly how the texture would feel it looked incredibly real. I highly recommend Wave and will absolutely go back!

Wave is hands down one of the best humans I have ever met!!! On top of that, he is an amazing artist. Wave was extremely professional and kind. The entire tattoo experience went smoothly.

I had an awesome experience. The shop is probably the most comfortable I have ever been in a tattoo shop. I went in with a big idea which also included a cover up. My tattoo is even better than I envisioned. I have people complimenting it daily from day one. I cannot wait for my next piece. Not only is Wave an amazing artist he’s an awesome person to be around. I have recommended him to many people and will recommend him over and over again.

Such an awesome shop! I loved the experience from start to finish and can’t wait to go back. I got some rework done and a cover up on my foot that I was extremely nervous about but Wave was very gentle, informative the entire time and the finished tattoo is absolutely beautiful.

Being my first tattoo I was nervous because this IS a permanent change to my body. I had researched a few different locations but Wave’s really caught my eye. I wanted a detailed owl tattoo with a sugar skull body and that is exactly what I got. The line work and the details on this tattoo are phenomenal! Wave made sure that everything was to my liking and made me feel welcomed. The second I walked in the door he had a huge smile and genuinely seemed excited to meet me and tattoo me. I am truly honored that I get to wear around his art on my arm for the rest of my life. If you’re like me and looking for a place to get a good piece done correctly, I highly recommend coming here first! You won’t regret it!

Wave is fantastic to work with. He helped my sister and I covering up matching tattoos with another set of matching tattoos. He was very responsive to all queries, he took our feedback on his first pic draft very seriously and he drew an amazing tatto for us that was exactly what we wanted. When it came to the actual work, he had a light hand and was very knowledgeable about the science and history behind tattooing. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to get a cover up or any other tattoo work done.

Wave is an absolute genius tattooist. He's very attentive when it comes to what you want for a tattoo. He's a great artist and takes his time when drawing and organizing your personal tattoo. I spent an entire day in his shop and the experience was second to none. His shop is very clean and inviting. He creates a great atmosphere for getting a tattoo and is very attentive when tattooing your piece. He took his time with the 2 pieces I wanted, and when they were done, it was absolutely amazing. He understands not only how to create a great tattoo, but how to place it on the body for great flow and symmetry. He's the only person I'll let tattoo me from now on.

Got a Tattoo done by Lea I believe it was a little over a year ago & she did a lovely job. I get compliments on my tattoo all the time especially the coloring. Once I have more financial stability I'll definitely get ahold of her again for more ink! 😊
