Very impersonal, wanted $150 for a shop minimum tattoo, claimed a 10 minute tattoo would be 40 minutes. Must’ve thought it was my first tattoo. Went right down the street to lance at black heart got the same tattoo I wanted for $75 and a better overall experience. Do yourself a favor and go right to black heart from the start.

Went there for my first tattoo and was amazed how gentle Mike was and did a beautiful rose tattoo ...going back for another soon !!! Wonderful atmosphere and Mike and John are awesome friendly people ...recommend anyone to go and get one done there ...

Went to firefly tattoo last night , judt on a whim with my mom and husband. We all got really meaningful tattoos for my father who passed away in April from brain cancer . not only did all 3 of our tattoos came out PERFECT , John and Mike made my mom feel so comfortable. This was her first tattoo , never has been in a shop, never has heard a tattoo machine . and she was so comfortable that she was talking and laughing the entire time we were there . thank you both so much for not only being two awesome people but for making something that caused so much pain to us, and making somethinf absolutely beautiful out of it ❤

Always walk out of firefly feeling impressed! I got my nipples pierced at firefly and also a tattoo on my ribs, both i was very satisfied with! The people are awesome and the shop is very clean! I would highly recommend firefly to anyone!

The guys in there were what i want when i walk into a shop. Laid back but professional. The guy who pierced my lips was perfect. very gentle with the clamps. anyone whos been pierced before knows what i mean, lol. Very chill experience.
