Super disappointed to have to change my previous review. I’ve gotten a few tattoos with Zay before but unfortunately we made an appointment for last Tuesday and he decided to never reply and stand me up on the appointment. I still have not heard back, i even commented on his post asking for a reply regarding our appointment and he chose to just delete the comment. The way this was handled was entirely unprofessional and I’m in complete disbelief that a professional would act this way.

I originally went to Zay for a coverup of a horrible tattoo from the past. I was so impressed with the tattoo, that I decided to work with Zay and do an entire back piece. My experience has been amazing and full of wonderful surprises! I go to Zay about twice a month while we finish my horror-themed piece and I’m more impressed each and every time. So happy with everything, not to mention the fact that Zay is completely passionate and confident in his work ❤️

I was a walk-in here on Tuesday. It's slightly hard to find but if you look for it you'll find it. I just wanted something simple and they were able to get me in right away. Friendly and very personable. If you refer 5 of your friends, you get a free seesion; that in itself is pretty awesome. Not many places will take walk-ins either. Conner loves blackout tattoos.
