Absolutely horrible! Frank did a cover up and the lines and everything he did was absolutely horrible! I don't know how someone that this is a passion for someone can just let a person walk out with a tattoo that looks like complete crap!!! Absolutely awful! Have to get it covered up and fixed by a real tattoo artist!! Do not go here!!!!
