I have to say initially I was a bit apprehensive about getting in so quickly with an artist, who's work was not available to view and was told was fairly new to the shop. But I figured it was a simplistic piece(no offense to you artists) so why not. I Paid 1st, seemed odd, I was quoted 125$, then charged 189$+(40$tipafter)=229$. But Sean got to work, super cool guy, chill, easy conversation, has 20 years experience I believe and would definitely like to see some of his work on the site. So while I thought 189$ was a tad high, what do I know?! The experience, cleanliness and vibe was well worth the price! Thanks Sean!

Fantastic tattoo shop. Adam was very helpful setting up appointments. Timothy is a very good artist. Great personality and engages with the customers. Shop lay out is really cool. Wide open booths so you can see some work being done while you wait. My new go to shop for new work.

I got the chance to meet with Cindy for a potential tattoo and we scheduled. Unfortunately, I had to cancel so I emailed the shop (they let me know the preference is to call in but were super nice about it). Last night I received a voicemail from Cindy herself concerned that she did not see my name in her books. It was so thoughtful and I appreciated her effort to make sure everything was correct and look forward to getting something from her in the road (she really is the coolest!)

Dustin was really nice and made me feel really at ease but I was quoted for $150 less than they ended up charging me for a ten minute tattoo. Again Dustin was great but if I would have known it would be so much more than the quote I would not have done it.

Made an appointment with Dustin left a $50 deposit over the phone, get to my appointment and Dustin was very rude to me about the placement of my piece. Started yelling at me and talking down to me. I have been to Tattoo faction many times and spent a good amount of money there. Will not again!

Recently moved to Ohio and in looking for a new shop and artist I was very selective. First I found Cindy from their website and her excellent line work sold me on her as an artist. Stopped by the shop and I haven't seen such a clean and professional shop in all my years of getting inked. Miles (Myles?), the chap running the front desk, is affable, professional, is a delight. The other artists are all clearly very skilled, though Cindy is the highlight in my book. I've checked out several other tattoo shops in the Cleveland area and would first and foremost recommend Tattoo Faction.

Been a Tattoo Faction client for the past decade and although I live out of state, I try to visit every time I'm in town. I've had work done by four artists there, and I highly recommend the shop as a whole. Everyone is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and talented. The place is clean and they provide consistently positive customer service. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
