Called same day an hour before walkin. I asked the receptionist/ piercing guy if he had any available slots he said that nobody had appointments today and that I could actually walk in at 12 o’clock I was there before 12 o’clock nobody showed up the piercing guy was there and he actually made me feel comfortable about getting a tattoo but when I came back because D owner was not there on time and was supposed to do my tattoo she eventually showed up And I came and asked her to do my tattoo I told her the meaning behind my tattoo told her told her how important it was to meet she judged me she told me that she has somebody coming at 1 o’clock and that her piercing guy didn’t know I highly recommend you guys do further in for investigation before you go to this place by the way I am talk texting. Also The owner was very rude to me she basically shunned at the fact that I was getting a tattoo that was meaningful to an ex of mine and I did not appreciate that and she also wanted me to write on some paper what I wanted my tattoo to say which I think is very un professional.

I got my nipples pierced here about 7 months ago and my tongue done here years ago by the same lady and I have to say I'm very unhappy with my nipple piercings. The left one is very crooked and pierced way too high up while the right one is straight but pierced waaay too far down. I'm just upset that I wasted money I didn't really have just to take them out. I took them out a few days ago because I just honestly hated how they looked and how uneven they were. I plan on getting them repierced I just don't know where to go at this point =/ I did have a tattoo done here awhile back and I love it! I recommend for tattoos and tongue piercing but for the nipples I don't recommend.

I was having problems with my belly button piercing that I got pierced by another tattoo shop. I went here and got it checked. The lady was super nice and told me exactly what was wrong. She even recommended things that would help and changed my jewelry for me. Better service and staff than the one I got pierced by! I will definitely go back for possibly more piercings or a tattoo!

The workers were very rude, always outside smoking and gave additude when asking questions. Will never go back terrible experience they made me wait and they made me wait an hour and 30 mins to get a simple piercing and then after waiting told me I couldnt get the piercing because I was under 16 but with parents and had all the right materials to get the piercing done and I even called before and they said it was fine and then when I got there they told me no after waiting almost 2 hours.

I went to get my navel piercing last week , and i must say my experience was great . They walked be through the steps and waited until i was ready to start . After they pierced it , they cleaned it and told me how i should handle it if it starts to look off . She had a great attitude towards me , i wouod definitely go back .

Was in 2 years ago to have my belly button done. Had such a great experience. I was/am a total newbie and they didn't make me feel like an idiot haha. I went back this week to have 2 cartallidge piercings done. Again I left very happy. The lady that did them was super nice.

I just had my rook pierced at the beginning of the week and had some pretty bad swelling and pain, but Shannon was great and helped out and even helped change my ear ring and aliveated some pain and swelling. Everyone here is very professional and willing to help. I highly recommend this shop!!
