HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have now had tattoos completed by both tattooist. Joe and Jess are caring, personable and professional. They make a great team and work well together. Clean, friendly and welcoming environment. Does amazing custom designs, from all black to color tattoos.

The studio was very nice and clean to come into and was situated so clients had their privacy during their sessions. Jess was kind and professional and helped me with deciding where to place my tattoo. She checked on me throughout the process, and explained aftercare to me as well. I would definitely come back!

Edit*** I apologize, I misspoke when I said "years". Also I do realize that $600 can affect an individual artist. I was referring to the business as a whole as you stated in your message. That's why I mentioned a cancellation fee. I'm far from ashamed of myself.
You seem to get pretty angry when you get a negative review, even if it's based on facts, or any criticism from a client based on their opinion. It's part of owning a business. I even made sure to say that she's not unhappy with the work she's had done there. She's unhappy about the situation and how it was handled.
She had no idea she wouldn't be able to come back after cancelling her last appt. It's very clear what the review is about and that she has to find someone else to finish your work. End of edit.***
This review is a direct reflection of a message that was sent by Joe, the owner, so I'm not writing this with false information.I'm writing the review because I do a ton of them. Both great and not so great and I have a lot of people who read my reviews as well as take them into consideration before dealing with certain businesses.
I can post a screenshot of the text message he sent, but I don't think I need to do that unless this review is disputed.
I know someone who cancelled a few appointments, there's no disputing that. But she's had multiple tattoos done there, always held them with a card and paid cash. Since she cancelled her last appointment, Joe sent a text saying that they would no longer be able to take appointments from her due to being "badly affected financially" due to those cancellations. Also she gave a 1 week notice of said cancellation. She's been going there for awhile.
How about a cancellation fee especially if there have been multiple cancellations? Or a non refundable fee to hold the appointment that goes towards the work when the appointment is met?
I would agree that multiple cancellations cause an inconvenience, no question. But if a $600 appointment is "affecting you so badly financially" (your words) that you should rethink the cancellation policy.

Also, the 3 star review is because she isn't unhappy with the work but now she has to find someone else to finish her sleeve.

Veteran owned and operated! Amazing atmosphere and friendly vibes. Clean and sanitary conditions. The first shop that I know of to offer the AFTERPAY option where payment is broken down into 4 biweekly payments. Does require you to have an afterpay account linked to you credit/bank card to use this option. Highly recommended!
