Made an appointment a week ahead of time with Julio, he didn't even show up. No communication at all stating he would be late, couldn't make it, had to reschedule... nothing!! Got nothing from him at all including not even an apology for me wasting over an hour of my time waiting for him to show up! absolutely ridiculous!!!
