I got a very important tattoo, and this was my first tattoo. Bill Miller was very kind and made sure that I got what I wanted. I will proudly wear my brothers name in a beautiful way, because of Bill and his great place. I also really enjoyed some of the decorating in the shop. Thank you Top hat!!! Ps. I totally dig the hat!

I had the best experience getting a tattoo from bill. He really cares about what you want and spends so much time on the detail of the tattoo. He truly cares about the work he creates and he is amazing at what he does! This is my 9th tattoo and he has done 2 of them. I Wont go anywhere else! You won't be dissappointed if you go here. Also a very Nice clean atmosphere. I would recommend him to everyone looking for great quality work great prices and a clean environment!!!

I had a "friend" start a tattoo on me (in a professional shop, not naming names) then said "friend" didn't respond to my calls or texts for two weeks and I was to leave town for a year the next day! A true friend of mine introduced me to Bill that night, and finished the tattoo you can now see in Bills portfolio (yea pretty proud of that) never will I go to another artist! It's worth the wait even if I'm over 1000 miles away Bill is the man to go to! Thank you again Bill!!
Truth and Justice
Refused to do tattoos for myself and my husband because I was told that they don't do couples tattoos because they are tired of covering up their own work. The tattoo I wanted was just 3 Kanji symbols that represent Honor, Loyalty and respect. I've been with my husband 23 years...I definitely won't need a cover up for something that represents basic principles that all people should live by.
