I couldn't say enough good things about my experience here! This tattoo was very meaningful to us and we knew we wouldn't just trust anyone to do a tribute to our dog. But Steve hit it out of the park, it's exactly what we wanted simple and thoughtful. This was the final step in honoring this amazing dog who changed our life. We will forever be grateful for giving us a reminder everyday of our family member. Thank you both so much and we will be back!

So I went with my adult children to ATS, where THEY were going to get tattoos. I had NO intention on getting a cover-up tattoo that night. Well my husband recommended me doing it, my son recommended a design so I looked on line to see what I could find while they were getting there. I showed Steve the old tattoo and what I was thinking Id want and he said it was definatly something he could do.
So I sat down in his chair and he began to cover up a 24 year old tattoo that I've had so much embarrassment, shame and just plain regret over for at least 19 years.
Steve is AMAZING. NOT ONLY is the cover up perfect. I'm free from so much junk in my heart and filled with PURE JOY AND DELIGHT with my new BEAUTIFUL tattoo. Thank you Steve.
I know I only met you and your beautiful wife that night but You hold a special place in my heart now. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I WILL BE BACK!

I came here for my first tattoo the other day and it was such a great experience! Steve is super friendly and accommodating and his shop is extremely organized and clean. His $75 an hour rate is the fairest I’ve ever seen, and while most places start running the meter upon your arrival, he only charges for the time that the actual inking takes. I was under the needle for two and a half hours for a fairly big bicep piece, and he ended up only charging me $50! I was also very satisfied with the finished product, I’ll definitely be returning soon to get more work done. 😋

Just what we were looking for! My cousin and I were driving through Astoria and wanted to get tattoos together. We went to Astoria Tattoo Company as walk-in's and had such a great experience! Steve made us feel super comfortable, took time to make sure we loved our design, and explained everything.
We really appreciated how clean the shop was. Steve cleaned and turned over everything in front of us and it was super reassuring. If you're looking to get a tattoo, Astoria Tattoo Company is the place!

I tried to schedule an appointment and they said they weren't interested? It wasn't an offensive or weird drawing, so I was very confused. Also poor customer service, when I sent them an image of the tattoo I wanted they never got back to me, I had to call them again to find out they rejected me. Weirdest way to run a business.

Edit: It is also very rude to say my image was "poorly done" and that it would "reflect poorly on the artist". What someone tattoos on their body is deeply personal, and I found it very hurtful when they dismissed a drawing my late grandfather made for me as "not well done".

My 2 other friends and I were wanting to get a tattoo spontaneously to celebrate my friends 30th birthday and the trip we went on. Steve and his wife were great about squeezing us in last minute. The tattoos turned out great and the lines were clean. Great price and I will be coming back to get another and have Steve clean up my other tattoo!

This was a great experience for my fiance and myself. We both got a tribute tattoo for our beloved dog that died two years ago. Steve and his wife made our time there great and told us tales of their dogs which made things much better for us. Thank you both for the experience.

Steve is very talented and pleasant to work with. He designed a beautiful piece for my daughter and I and we couldn't be more happy. Shop is clean and cozy. For those not from the area, the door is on the side of the building with a super cute courtyard outside.

I loved getting my first tattoo here, they made sure I was comfortable and it did not hurt a lot. Everything was very sanitary and there was music and talking to help distract from any pain that there was. By the end we went over every detail for aftercare and my tattoo turned out awesome. Overall an amazing experience for someone with such little experience with tattoos.

My brother and I got tattoos for Christmas, because a family that gets tattooed together and all that. Steve was great, we basically spent the day, got great tattoos at a great price, and had great conversation. Customer for life. SEE YOU SOON!
