Etzel and the rest of the staff are so down to earth and professional. I had a tattoo I wanted to get touched up and Etzel did a great job explaining the process and didn't throw in any surprises. When I was feeling woozy Etzel didn't make me feel stupid for stopping and taking a breather. The tattoo ended better than I thought it would ever look. Definitely recommend to anybody who needs or wants to get work done!
