This one of the rudest experiences I've ever had. I accompanied my friend to get a tattoo here. My friend asked for a very simple tattoo kanji. No color. It took Victor 15 mins to tattoo. He charged her $200. It was a complete rip-off.
To make it worse, she had to reschedule her original appointment because there was apparently a "scheduling mistake." Her appointment was scheduled for 4:45 even though she was told 5:45. Her number was given to the tattoo parlor, but no one called her when she was "missing her appointment." She arrived for her appointment that was suppose to be at 5:45, but the parlor was closed so she called the parlor the next day and was told she'd get called back immediately. She did not hear from anyone till two days later. He was unapologetic.
She reschedule her appointment for 6 pm a week later, but when we arrived, Victor and the owner, Greg, were about to leave. They claimed her appointment was at "4:00," but my friend had a text that showed her appointment was set for 6:00.
I vented my frustrations to Greg about this unprofessionalism because he is the owner. He told me "Doctor's don't call you if you miss an appointment. You just lose out on your money. People flake all the time, and it's nothing to get bent out of shape about."
This condescending attitude really didn't help with the unprofessionalism that my friend experienced.There was no apologies for their mistakes, and the only thing the owner could tell me was, "don't get bent out of shape." My friend also got ripped off. Her tattoo should've been $50. It only took 15 minutes, and there was no color. This rude attitude, ridiculous prices, and total lack of professionalism is one of the many reasons to never go to this tattoo parlor.

not to pleased with the fact there is no name on the building... and then I was talking to my friend and he told me to stop. and then he choose his own shades for my tattoo... maybe I wanted different ones then just pink maybe I wanted a brighter pink. he was pissed I stop him before he started. he also went over my lettering twice. and gave me no cleaning care but don't pick it.

Worst tattoo experience of my life my 1st appointment Varga the artist was over an hour late the touch up appointment he totally blew off and the second attempt he was an hour late and when he showed up he had to eat lunch first the most unprofessional human being I have ever met will never go back if I could add a photo of how bad the simplest line work could’ve ever be done I would and FYI this is the first review I have ever done in my life

My tattoo was overpriced in my opinion with minimal effort put into any of the details. A real disconnect with the girl who was tattooing me, looked like something a child doodled on my arm with a pen. And without asking, she decided to do tiny little polk a dots in the background of the design. Not going back here again.

Eh. I sent them an email , weeks ago. No reply. Sooo. Going somewhere else. I got 1000 burning a hole in my pocket. If their customer service is bad then I'm out. No thank you.
